All Sales Are Final
At ResaleEmporium, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been placed and processed.
Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Exceptions – Errors on Our End
We will only offer a replacement or refund if:
- You received the wrong item
- You received the wrong size (different from what you ordered)
- Your item arrived damaged due to our handling
- Your order was incomplete
If this applies to your order, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item received
- Photos of packaging (if damaged)
Failure to provide photo evidence may result in the claim being denied.
Non-Refundable Situations
We do not issue refunds or accept returns for:
- Incorrect size selection by the customer
- Change of mind
- Buyer’s remorse
- Delays caused by shipping carriers
- Items that do not fit as expected
- Orders placed incorrectly by the customer
- Minor packaging imperfections
Please double-check sizing charts and shipping details before purchasing.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
If a chargeback is filed for an order that was delivered correctly, we reserve the right to:
- Submit delivery confirmation and evidence to your payment provider
- Ban the customer from future purchases
We encourage customers to contact us first so we can resolve any issues directly.
Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed. All orders begin processing immediately.
